  • FRP采光板是什么?

    FRP采光板的英文名字是Fibreglass Reinfored Polyester,翻译成中文就是玻璃纤维强化聚酯(采光板),俗称玻璃钢,习惯上以其手写字母FRP简称。国外还有一种叫法GRP,为Glassfibre Reinfored Polyester的简称。     采光板的主要成分是:上膜、强化聚酯、玻璃纤维。其中上膜要起到很好的抗紫外线抗静电的作用,抗紫外线是为了保护采光板的聚酯不发黄老化,过早的丧失透光特性。抗静电是为了保证表面的灰尘轻易被雨水冲走或被风吹走,维持清洁美观的表面。

  玻璃纤维聚酯采光板(FRP)与玻璃卡布隆(PC)板之性能比较  

1、FRP的基材为间苯二甲酸聚脂,PC板为普通聚碳酸脂;  

2、FRP的热膨胀系数为2.2×10-5 /cm/cm /℃,PC的热膨胀系数为6.75×10-5/cm/cm/℃;FRP的热膨胀系数接近钢材的热膨胀系数,由冷热变化而引起的相对位移较少,不易因变形而漏水。而PC板引起的相对位移过大,引致螺钉孔周缘板撕裂、变形而漏水。

  3、FPR的拉力强度较高,为94MPa能承受与钢板相近的较高荷载,抗台风能力强。PC的拉力强度为60MPa,承受荷载的能力弱,与钢板承受荷载的能力相差较大,抗台风能力弱。  

4、FRP采用上下膜与玻纤加强的结构形式,使其抗拉撕裂性能好。PC其分子结构的特殊性致使PC板的抗撕裂性能差,容易被金属的毛刺刺裂而漏水,所以不能只用螺钉来固定,以及与金属直接接触,固定PC板通常采用铝压板。

 5、FRP的采光率为50% - 85%,PC的一般为85% - 91%。

  6、FRP的热传导率为0.158w/m.k,PC的为0.166w/m.k,FRP的隔热性能胜于PC板;  

7、FRP的施工成本因板材的拉力强度、钢度较高承受荷载能力强,能与钢板配合在太跨度大檀距的钢结构屋面上使用。PC的板材钢度差以及热胀冷缩系数大,所以必须采用小分格小檀距或凸拱起弧增加强度,不适合用于大檀距的钢结构屋面上否则容易凹下面积水、漏水。

The coefficient of expansion is less than the relative displacement caused by cold and heat, and it is not easy to leak due to deformation.  The relative displacement caused by the PC plate is too large, which causes the edge plate of the screw hole to be torn, deformed and leaked.  3, the tensile strength of FPR is high, 94MPa can withstand high load similar to steel plate, and has strong typhoon resistance. The tensile strength of PC is 60MPa, the ability to bear load is weak, and the ability to withstand load is quite different from that of steel plate, and the ability to resist typhoon is weak. 4. FRP adopts upper and lower membrane and glass fiber reinforced structure to make it better in tensile and tear properties. The special molecular structure of PC leads to the poor tearing performance of the PC plate, which is easy to leak out by the burr of metal, so it can not be fixed by screw and direct contact with metal. The fixed PC plate usually uses aluminum plate. 5.
